The Almost Great Escape

I have been practicing my Aikido to defend myself against the furry beast that resides in my palace.

After grappling with the beast for many days, I have lured him into submission. He is now my trusted companion, protecting me from all who may attempt to disturb my slumber.

However, my furry companion was no match for the lumbering giant that claims to rule this land. He overtook my watchdog, and awoke me from a fantastic dream. The giant tried to entice me with his pretty lights and lavish foods.

As night approached, the giant placed me in his prison, with it's solid wood bars! I clammored to find a way out, yet I found myself trapped...so I pretended to sleep until the giant drifted off to the Land of Nod.

My background in Kung Fu came in handy to expedite my freedom from the cage. My trusted furry companion and I devised our escape plan. However, we were both overcome with the mythical spell of hunger and found ourselves unable to do anything but eat.

Suddenly, a magical princess arrived. She placed a spell on the horrific giant. Now the days in this land are peacefull. I have come to accept my life here. I feast, I rest, but someday...my furry friend and I will roam the great wilderness outside of these castle walls!

Of course this "fairy tale" was authored by Daddy Jeremy...there is no way I could come up with something so clever! Noah is having a great day...lots of sleeping and eating has been accomplished. :)
