Daytona Beach Trip...long car ride, but worth the wait! :)

Well, Noah's first vacation to Florida was a great success! He did a wonderful job on the LONG car ride down and enjoyed the pool and the beautiful warm weather. We are so lucky to have this summer off to share it with our little guy. Just in the last 2 weeks Noah has changed so much! He now has his first tooth (and working on the second), is ALMOST crawling and probably will be by the end of the month, says "Dada" and "Mama", and enjoys eating all kinds of yummy fruits, veggies, and cereals. As you can see in this picture, he seemed to like the ocean and we hope to return to the beach every other summer so Noah can enjoy the beach as much as Mommy and Daddy do!

Happy Father's Day Daddy and Papa!!

Some fun shots in the pool:

I love my Mommy and Daddy!!

OUR LITTLE BEACH BABY :)

Noah had a lot of fun, but he was worn out!!

We look forward to the rest of the summer sharing many new things with our little guy! Every day is a blessing with Noah and we are so thankful that we have the privilege of being his parents. We will continue to post new pictures throughout the summer, so keep checking out our blog to watch our Noah grow!! :)

7 months...I enjoy sitting up and I LOVE to bounce!!

Before we leave on our 2 week long trip to Grandma and Grandpa Kellhofer's and Daytona Beach, I thought it would great to share some of these fun videos and pictures of Noah having a blast in his excersaucer and Johnny Jump-Up! My mom said that I used to love to bounce when I was a baby and I guess Noah takes after me because he absolutely LOVES it! We can't believe how active he is becoming...before we know it, he will be crawling all over the place because he already has the motion down...he just hasn't been able to actually move from one place to another yet. :) Who knows?? Maybe he'll learn to crawl while we're visiting the beautiful sunshine state!

Summer's here at last!!

Well, Mommy and Daddy are off for the summer and the Kellhofer family is looking forward to a fun-filled first summer with Noah! We leave for Daytona Beach next Weds, and can't wait for that trip! Hopefully, Noah will like the car as much on this trip as he has every other time he's been in the car. We also hope to be able to do many other "firsts" this summer now t hat we are off and Noah is getting a little older.
Noah turns 7 months this Sunday....wow how time flies! These past 7 months have truly been the best 7 months of our lives! Every day we are blessed with our beautiful baby boy and discover new little things about him. I am so proud to be his Mommy and I couldn't have asked for a better baby. We are so lucky to have our Noah. He is always happy and just loves to be around people and smile at everyone he meets. I pray that this wonderful quality about him continues to touch everyone he meets in his life and I know that he will bring happiness to those who know him. You can't help but smile when he looks at you with those big blue eyes and gives you that adorable grin! I can't wait to spend the next 2 1/2 months learning and just loving on him!! I also hope to continue to write more posts this summer to let everyone know what's going on with our family! I feel like I haven't kept up with this blog, and I hope to in the upcoming months! Here are some new pics of the little man!

Noah's first spring...with SNOW on the ground??

Snow at the end of March????

As you can see in the background of this picture, we woke up this Sunday morning with about 2 inches of snow on the ground! This crazy weather doesn't seem to stop our little guy from being very busy though! Noah continues to amaze us every day with his new discoveries and blossoming personality! He has figured out how to roll over, laugh, and make lots and lots of fun little noises. And he is ALMOST sitting up all by himself! He is such a joy to have and we just love being Mommy and Daddy! We hope you enjoy these pics of Noah's last few weeks....he's been a very busy guy!!

I'm getting so big...so fast!

Well, this week I am turning 4 months old already! Mommy and Daddy can't believe how big I am and how fast these past 4 months have flown by! I have started eating rice cereal, am sleeping 10-11 hours EVERY night, and love my new babysitter! I also love spending time with my Nana and Papa every Monday and Friday and look forward to Grandma Katie coming to visit next week for an extended stay! Mommy and Daddy continue to be amazed at how perfect and fun I am and are grateful for me every single day! :)

Reminder: I've Never Eaten Anything but Milk

So the adults (or so they call themeselves that) decided I needed more food...something about diversifying my culinary portfolio? The first attempt was bland, boring rice cereal! I mean seriously, you want to try and start someone that has never had anything bounce on the tastebuds but milk, with something like rice cereal? How about a finely seared filet with holandaise and asparagus? I guess I'm at their mercy until I can figure out this walking thing.
